Miguel Ángel Díaz Villadóniga has over 20 years' experience in the sector, performing various roles such as presale, director of services, sales, business development... He defines himself as "an expert of nothing, an apprentice of everything". As Aeronautical Engineer, he continues with the aircraft bug, although from afar, but he continues to try to use "ingenuity" to help the ecosystem that surrounds him: colleagues, partners, customers, family.

In February 2015 he joined Red Hat as responsible for business development for Middleware, including OpenShift Platform (DevOps) and Mobility (Red Hat Mobile).

Alex is a Director of Developer Experience at Red Hat. He is passionate about the Java world, software automation and he believes in the open source software model. Alex is the creator of NoSQLUnit project, member of JSR374 (Java API for JSON Processing) Expert Group, the co-author of Testing Java Microservices book for Manning and Quarkus Cookbook for O'Reilly. A Java Champion since 2017, international speaker and teacher at Salle URL University, he has talked about new testing techniques for microservices and continuous delivery in the 21st century.

Hybrid cloud is an architecture that incorporates some degree of workload portability, orchestration, and management across 2 or more environments. We are going to conduct a live demonstration of hybrid cloud-native serverless workloads, distributed across public clouds, with real-time load-balancing, auto-scaling and fail-over.
