Keith heads up Red Hat's Irish business. Open Source has become the default path to accelerate innovation, transform business models and is at the core of technologies leading change in the technology industry and many others. Keith believes that getting technology choices right is less than half the battle, organisational change and technology delivery can be far more disruptive and difficult to deliver. Open Source principles applied to culture can be as much a catalyst for change in people and process as they are in technology. He is a passionate believer in defaulting to open, whether that applies to code or culture.

Martin Lentle is UKI & Benelux regional director at Red Hat, the world’s leading provider of open source enterprise IT software solutions and services. Martin joined Red Hat in 2010 and his focus is on sales, marketing, and services, with an emphasis on demonstrating the business benefits to customers of an open source strategy as well as helping them with their journey to the open hybrid & multi cloud World.  Before joining Red Hat, Martin held various positions in Dell, most recently as Director of International Solutions Sales. He ran various EMEA Sales & Marketing Organisations, including Global Accounts, Software & Peripherals, Services & Sales Operations during his 20 years at Dell.
