YPF accelerates container adoption with Red Hat Training

YPF S.A. is a vertically integrated Argentine energy company engaged in oil and gas exploration and production and the transportation, refinery, and marketing of gas and petroleum products.

Challenge

YPF needed to accelerate Red Hat OpenShift adoption in order to deploy container technology, improve their orchestration platform, and take better advantage of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) technologies.

Solution

YPF’s Cloud Domain and Microservices team underwent Red Hat Training—both onsite and online—engaging in courses on containers, automation, microservices, and security.
