Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo (Sabesp) is a state-run company responsible for providing water and public sanitation services in São Paulo, Brazil, an area with a population of more than 45 million people. To improve system availability and features for internal clients, the company migrated its IT infrastructure from IBM WebSphere to a new solution based on Red Hat^® OpenShift^® Container Platform, Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage, and Red Hat JBoss^® Enterprise Application Platform. This standardized yet flexible foundation helps the company develop applications and features more efficiently and optimize its use of cloud computing technology.
