Registration and pricing

The earlier you register, the more you save. Full conference passes start at US$1295, but the price will increase as the 2016 event gets closer. View the complete table of rates for more information.

Yes. If you register 5 or more attendees in a group, you'll receive a discount on the passes you've purchased. Contact your sales rep for more information on registering a group.

A full conference pass provides access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, and hands-on labs. You'll be able to access the Partner Pavilion during all open hours, and attend all evening events and receptions. A full conference pass also includes all conference meals.

A discounted rate is availabe for event alumni and government, academic, and non-profit attendees, as well as Red Hat certified professionals. Undergraduate and graduate students can also receive a discounted rate with proper credentials. Discounts are applied via a code, certification number, or email domain validation during registration.

An Expo pass provides access to all general sessions (located in Moscone North) and to the Partner Pavilion (Level 1 of Moscone West). A full conference pass is required to attend breakout sessions and labs.

No. Power Training and certification exams must be purchased in addition to a full conference pass. To include a Power Training course (and receive other exclusive conference access), you can purchase a Summit Plus pass. See details. Certification exams can be added to a full conference pass during step 3 of the registration process.

Yes. You can purchase a guest pass add-on during step 3 of the registration process.

What types of payment are accepted for conference registration?

You can pay your registration fees with a credit card. You can also purchase passes using a purchase order with help of your Red Hat sales contact. Find your Red Hat sales contact.

Does the registration fee include transportation and conference hotels?

The registration fee only covers the cost of your conference pass. Hotel accomodations can be booked via the conference registration process, but travel arrangements must be made by individual attendees.

Can I attend Power Training or take a certification exam without a full conference pass?

Power Training and Certification exams must be added on to a full conference pass. Once you purchase a full conference pass, you'll have the option to add a training course or certification exam in step 3.
