Prem Pavan is a seasoned business leader in the technology industry, having led and grown businesses across Asian markets for over 23 years. At Red Hat, Prem is responsible for the overall business management of Southeast Asia and Korea region.

He was previously Vice President at LivePerson (a Customer Experience AI Company), responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, growth and operations across Asia. Prem was also a VP & MD at Citrix, delivering profitable growth, productivity, market expansion and customer, partner & employee satisfaction. He also held previous roles as Head of business at Kofax and Software AG with a focus on Asia and Southeast Asia, respectively.

Prem is especially passionate about evangelizing new trends in Human Centric AI, Future of Work, Digital Transformation and Leadership. He is a frequently invited speaker for a variety of industry and technology forums.

Dennis D. Omila holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and
Operations Officer of Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank). He was a former Board Director
of UBX Philippines (UnionBank’s fintech spin-off) and is an Executive Advisor of the Digital
Integration Committee - the Technical Governance and Oversight committee for all of
UnionBank’s subsidiaries.
Before joining the Bank, he was the Senior Vice President of the Infrastructure Engineering and
Service Operations of Globe Telecom, Inc. Prior to that, he was an entrepreneur and is the President/COO of NetX Technology Solutions,
Inc. Mr. Omila is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Business
Continuity Planner (CBCP), and a Certified CheckPoint Security Instructor (CCSI).
In 2020, Mr. Omila was awarded one of the Top 10 of the Top 50 Tech Leaders in Southeast Asia
by CIO of the International Data Group (IDG).

Ms Gan joined Alliance Bank on 1 August 2019 to build and drive the next phase of growth for the Consumer Banking business. At Alliance Bank, she pioneered the launch of e-KYC capabilities and virtual credit cards in the digital space; and portfolio financing in the wealth space.

She has more than 26 years of financial services experience in the areas of retail and wholesale banking, private wealth, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Alliance Bank, Ms Gan was the Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer of RHB Bank Berhad where she was a key advisor to the Group Managing Director in formulating the organisation’s strategic plans and execution of key initiatives in core business lines across various countries.

Mr. Koh Tat Chong has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since October 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Product Management at PETRONAS Digital; Head for Enterprise Systems of Astro; Head for Digital Transformation and PMO of Astro; and Consultant of Accenture United Kingdom and Malaysia.

Mr. Megat Mohammad Faisai has over 21 years’ experience in Technology and Cyber Security Project Advisory Services, Business Continuity, Internal Audit, IT Audit, and Risk Management. He is the CTO of Bank Muamalat, managing the financial institution's information assets and ensuring technologies are adequately protected, which includes developing and overseeing the IT Strategic Plan and budget, plans, deploys, and he maintains IT systems and operations, manages the organization’s software development needs, and develops IT policies, procedures, and the best practices.

Sutthikan has been working at TMB Bank Pcl. since 2017 responsible for defining IT strategic direction, transforming IT organization to align with business strategy, managing and operating bank-wide IT transformation program, and driving strategic technology initiatives to enable new business capabilities and long-term business growth. One of the key success transformation program was the integration and merger between TMB Bank Pcl. and Thanachart Bank Pcl. during 2020 – 2021. Prior joining TMBThanachart Bank (ttb), Sutthikan was a partner and senior management in many leading global IT consulting firms. He had more than 28 years of experience in IT strategy planning, system implementation, technical architecture in various industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy, Petrochemical, and Public Sectors. Sutthikan graduated with Bachelor Degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University and Master of Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington in USA.

Ahilan is a Go-to-Market Specialist for Application Platforms in APAC, with more than 23 years of global work experience in middleware and cloud-native technologies across Europe, the U.S., and APAC. In his current role, Ahilan supports Sales and Architecture teams to deliver Red Hat open hybrid cloud solutions for our customers.
 

Albert Chai is general manager for Southeast Asia excluding Singapore at Red Hat, with responsibility for the region’s overall business. Albert is passionate about supporting customers’ digital transformation journeys and collaborating with partners to unleash the full potential of open source innovation.

Albert Chai brings 25 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his current role at Red Hat, he served as the Managing Director for Cisco Malaysia. He also held previous management roles at Acision Malaysia, a global leader in messaging and mobile internet solutions, and as the country director of Logica Indonesia.

Albert was a recipient of the Malaysian Government’s civil service scholarship, and graduated from University College London with first-class honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Albert is fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Anthony is an architect and open source technology advocate who enjoys solving complex business challenges using technologies. He currently works as a regional Hybrid Cloud Automation Specialist for Red Hat. He spends his time with Financial Institutions, Telcos and Government agencies in solution/architecture design, proof-of-concepts and technical feasibility study.

Mei Yang is a dynamic, innovative and dedicated individual, who has more than 10 years of professional experience in Information Technology across various industries. Mei Yang responsible for consulting and architect IT solutions encompassing services and technologies in focus areas of Red Hat Platform Solutions such as Red Hat Cloud Infrastructure, Red Hat Virtualization, and Red Hat Ansible Automation.

Chee Yong (CY) is an accomplished Manager who leads the solution architect team at Red Hat Malaysia.
With a wealth of experience exceeding 20 years in the IT industry, he has been instrumental in driving various IT initiatives, including the transition from Unix to Linux, the shift from monolithic to microservices architecture, and the successful execution of strategic projects involving multi/hybrid cloud environments.
CY's true passion lies in architecting and designing solutions using open source technologies, which inspired him to obtain his RHCA in Enterprise Applications. His expertise, coupled with unwavering dedication, contribute significantly to the success of transformation projects with the advancement of open source solutions.

Gan Cheng Kuan is an individual passionate about open source technology and solutions, and enjoys solving challenging problems around architecture and solution design. He carries over 19 years of middleware technology and experience in IBM Middleware, Oracle Middleware, Red Hat JBoss Middleware, Cloud Native Application, Microservices, DevOps and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. He has spent most of his career helping customers or partners realise their business needs with technology.

Kitman Cheung is the Analytics CTO for IBM Asia Pacific. Throughout his 17 years career with IBM, Kitman has focused his attention on Analytics and, more recently, on Hybrid Cloud related technologies. He has served in many technical roles within development, product management, partner ecosystem and technical pre-sales organizations.

In his current role, Kitman works with key IBM customers in APAC on their digital transformation initiatives. The main goals of his team is to help customers deliver innovation solution using the latest AI and Hybrid Cloud technologies.

Michael Ng is a solution architect from Red Hat Malaysia, focusing on the Telco industries. Michael has been working in IT for more than 18 years, serving multiple large Enterprises and Telcos customers in the past and have been through OSI Layer 1 to Layer 7 starting from the legacy Optical SDH, DWDM, Enterprise & Service Provider networking, security, unified communication and all the way to full stack development for network automation, with strong passion in SDN, NFV, cloud native, infrastructure automation and API programmability.

Aizuddin is an experienced IT professional with over decades of industry experience. He works deep hand-in-hand with client, specializing in RHEL, emerging technology, and DevSecOps. He actively contributes to the community through blogging and code submissions, fostering collaboration, and technology thought leadership. He is a staunch advocate of Linux and open-source software, passion for open-source extends beyond the realm of operating systems. He looks forward to connecting with like-minded individuals, exchanging ideas, and contributing to the collective growth and success of the open-source community.

Pavan is a Sales Specialist, has 15+ years of experience in designs,
build, and implementation of technical solutions to business problems and has been a catalyst in
Customer's transformation journey into digital enterprise, providing thought leadership,
innovation and the deep digital expertise necessary.

Sean Hoong, Country Manager of Compute & Commercial Segment in Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He started his career as a technical engineer & today, a sales leader. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT Industry, and a hardcore digital enthusiast in enterprise infrastructure & hybrid cloud transformation. His passion to provide the best value to customer has brought many enterprises to successfully embraced & embarked the data-first modernization & edge to cloud journey. After 15 years in HPE, he is still committed to continue to bring more value to his customers in the ever changing IT world.

Stephen Bylo has over 25 years of experience in both Software Development and System Operations. Since 2010, he has been focusing on Cloud technologies, working in various capacities to implement full-stack automation for CI/CD projects and working with development teams to architect cloud-native applications. Now, at Red Hat, he is helping customers understand the benefits of Linux container technologies as part of the customer's DevOps and Cloud journeys.

As country manager, Tammy Tan is responsible for overall sales and business aspects of Red Hat Malaysia. In this role, she leads the country team to drive sustainable growth by building strong and collaborative relationships with enterprise customers, as well as partners.

Tammy joined Red Hat from Cisco Malaysia where she served as the Director of Enterprise and Commercial. She brings with her 21 years of experience in the IT industry, with deep experience in Financial Services, as well as a broad perspective on vertical solutions within the Energy, Oil and Gas Sector, Transportation, Manufacturing and Hospitality.

Tammy has a passion for STEM, and started her career as one of the first female engineers at Siemens and NTT Communications. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Multimedia University of Malaysia.

Vajira is the Vice President of Red Hat APAC Office of Technology, overseeing the driving of the Technical Sales strategy for Red Hat Portfolio across the APAC region. Vajira brings over 30 years of industry experience having worked across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Vinoth is an accomplished IT and Telecom industry professional with over 19 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. He possesses a broad range of expertise in automation, ranging from simple IT automation to advanced technologies like AIOPs. He is a passionate problem solver who leverages technology to tackle complex day-to-day challenges.

Yap Foo Hong is an experienced solution specialist who can architect, design, implement, maintain and administer Open Source related solutions. During his more than 10 years of experience in IT field, Yap has participated in a number of large- scale projects ranging from major telecommunications infrastructure implementation to large-scale bank system deployment.
