Mark Carter is an international keynote speaker, trainer, author and coach. He has
over 25 years’ experience as a global learning and development professional. His TEDx talk was the trailer for his latest book, ‘Add Value’, published globally by Wiley.
Mark is the founder of a learning management system for SME’s and accredited in a variety of globally recognised behavioural tools. He regularly consults businesses around key pillars such as: leadership, culture, onboarding, sales, adaptability, and presentation skills. Mark contributes across mainstream media: TV, radio, print and industry specific publications.

Enzo Compagnoni is the regional vice president and general manager for Red Hat in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Enzo is responsible for leading the Red Hat business growth in the region by helping drive digital transformation success of customers and partners with open source technology.

Enzo has more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise IT industry. He has been with Red Hat Australia and New Zealand since 2016, most recently as senior director for enterprise sales, and eventually rising up to take the general manager role for the region.
As a leader, Enzo believes in leading by example, and showing people the way through action. He is passionate about building strong teams and prioritises good execution focused around the success of Red Hat customers above all else.

Prior to Red Hat, Enzo has held various leadership roles in technology companies including EMC, PeopleSoft and PTC.

Enzo holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Western Sydney University.
Away from work, Enzo spends his time with his family that includes wife Clarissa, and their two boys, Dante and Diego. Enzo is an avid reader and also a cyclist with the St Kilda Cycling Club.
 

Adam has hosted award-winning breakfast radio shows in Australia’s toughest markets and live current affairs TV. He has won improvised theatre competitions and once interviewed John Travolta in front of 75,000 people. With 25 years experience in television, radio and events, Adam loves curating challenging and thought-provoking conversations. He has interviewed prime ministers, Hollywood stars, Fortune 500 CEOs, Nobel Prize-winning scientists and Australians of the Year… and he was also the first person in the world to ever interview our legendary Thai cave rescuers.

Adam loves doing the research and crafting the narrative that helps people tell their story. He’s informative, fun and guaranteed to impart take-aways you’ve never heard before. If there’s only time to ask one quick question of a speaker before moving on, you know it will be an awesome question and just watch what he can get out of them. All done with an obsessive focus on keeping to time that only 15 years of breakfast radio can give you.
 

Steven Ellis is a Principal Portfolio Architect in the Red Hat APAC Office of Technology. During his nearly 30 years in the technology industry Steven has transitioned from development through infrastructure and operations, with a bit of devops on the side, into architecture roles. Today he helps Red Hat’s customers deliver complex business solutions thanks to the capabilities of Red Hat’s Enterprise Open Source technologies.

Mike joined Red Hat in 2013 and specializes in accelerating application platforms through the use of operating system and hardware technologies. He was brought on to take Red Hat's OpenShift application platform on-premises, and currently runs the product management team in charge of OpenShift, OpenStack, Virtualization, Serverless, GitOps, Pipelines, Service Mesh, Storage, Multi-Cluster Management, Cloud Native Security, multi-CPU architecture, and Cloud Native Networking. He has overseen all OpenShift product releases since 2013 and has been integral to most customer activities related to the enterprise adoption of the platform which has surpassed a $1B ARR in the market. Mike has more than 25 years of experience in datacenter architecture. Before Red Hat, he previously worked in both services and product management roles at Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
 

Shane Boulden is a Principal Solution Architect at Red Hat, supporting Australian and New Zealand organisations to adopt cloud-native technologies more securely and mitigate risk using open source technologies. He is a regular contributor to open source security projects like ‘Compliance as Code’ and StackRox, and a speaker at events like Red Hat Ansible Automates and the annual Military Communications and Information Systems (MilCIS) Conference.

Tom Corcoran is a Principal AI Specialist at Red Hat. Tom's areas of specialty are Red Hat Application Services, AI-ML Ops, and OpenShift. Having held this role with Red Hat for the past five years, Tom has managed projects throughout Europe, the US, and ANZ.

Tom has over 15 years of experience in bringing AI and Application Development solutions to customers in a variety of industry sectors and geographies, which ensures deep technical expertise across Red Hat's products and solutions spanning application and AI/ML workloads. His extensive experience lends a sharp focus to the AI Specialist role and he brings a passion for delivering outstanding technical and business value to Red Hat's customers' AI/ML projects and products.

Simon Delord is a Solution Architect at Red Hat. He works with enterprises on their container/Kubernetes practices and driving business value from open source technology. The majority of his time is spent on introducing OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) to teams and helping break down silos to create cultures of collaboration.
Prior to Red Hat, Simon worked with many Telco carriers and vendors in Europe and APAC specializing in networking, data-centres and hybrid cloud architectures.
Simon is also a regular speaker at public conferences and has co-authored multiple RFCs in the IETF and other standard bodies.

Ramy ElEssawy is a Specialist Solutions Architect for Red Hat, the world's leading provider of enterprise open-source solutions. A veteran software engineer with a lifetime involvement in software development. During his career, he has been involved in the development of various exciting projects like telecom billing & rating systems.  Before he joined the world of Open Source Software, he spent 10 years in the telecom industry working for companies like Ericsson & Vodafone. He has a broad perspective on the development lifecycle and on what works (and does not work) when it comes to software projects. Whenever he has some free time, Ramy likes to play squash or enjoy a friendly game of cards.

Wayne's areas of specialty are Red Hat Application Services, GitOps, and OpenShift. Having held this role with Red Hat for the past seven years, Wayne has managed projects throughout ANZ and APAC. Wayne previously worked with Red Hat's professional services as an Architect and Consultant. Implementing complex customer solutions using Red Hat technology.

Wayne has over 20 years of experience in providing open source solutions to customers in a variety of industry sectors and geographies, which ensures deep technical expertise across Red Hat's products and solutions spanning application and GitOps workloads. His extensive experience lends a sharp focus to Hybrid cloud and he brings a passion for delivering outstanding technical and business value to Red Hat's customers' projects and products.

Richard Hailstone is a Principal Specialist Solutions Architect at Red Hat. He helps Enterprise businesses innovate with open source technologies. He spends the majority of his days working with various teams on harnessing the power of automation through Ansible.

Richard has over 25 years’ IT industry experience that has spanned the dot com era, the emergence and adoption of virtualisation, containers and hybrid cloud, and has held a variety of roles that include software development, operations, architecture and data centre.

Aside from spending his time coding with new technologies, Richard spends as much time as possible outdoors with his wife and three children, finding new renovation projects, or adventuring through new mountain bike trails.

John Zivkovic is a Senior Solution Architect at Red Hat, focussing on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Automation. He has 20+ years of industry experience, across various technical, leadership and sales consulting roles. For 10 years John worked on building and scaling high-performance computing environments to deliver Australia's first fully animated feature films including the Academy Award winning "Happy Feet" and its sequel. At Red Hat, John helps customers understand and unlock the value, capabilities and business benefits afforded them through Red Hat's portfolio of technology, services and support.

Brian Stinehart is a Specialist Solution Architect at Red Hat. He works with organisations on their automation practices and strategies, building robust systems from open source technology. He is enthusiastic about bringing teams together to deliver services across the IT landscape.

Brian has been in the industry for 15 years with a background in infrastructure, security, and containerisation, and he now focuses on automation with Red Hat. Outside of work, he and his wife spend time trying to soak up as much of their 3 year old daughter as possible. He peppers in runs with the dog and failed DIY projects around the house as well.

Mandi Buswell as a Principal Specialist Solutions Architect with Red Hat New Zealand. She is the Technology Award Winner in the 2021 Women in ICT NZ Awards and has seen, overseen and driven transformative change with over 30 years of experience in the industry and across the globe. Mandi has worked in the finance, hospitality, media and telecommunications sectors.

Today she works with Red Hat customers across all sectors and is a subject matter expert on transformation, containers and application development.
