Marshal Correia is the Managing Director for Red Hat India & SAARC. His charter is to spearhead the India team to accelerate business growth, shape market opportunities by strengthening engagement with stakeholders across industries, government and partner ecosystem.

Marshal has over 3.5 decades of leadership experience in driving large transformation projects, leading large teams across the region for sales & delivery, managing multiple verticals and P&L responsibility.

Prior to Red Hat, he was the Managing Director at DXC Technologies India, Head Pre-sales for DXC in Asia, including Japan & China. In his other experiences he was a Vice President Enterprise Services at HPE for India and held various leadership roles in organizations such as Digital and Compaq.

Marshal has a successful track-record of delivering growth, turnaround, strong interpersonal skills and operational/strategic acumen.

Daniel Aw is Vice President for Regional Enterprise Sales in Asia Pacific for Red Hat, and CXO advocate for enterprise customers in the region. He is also part of Red Hat’s APAC leadership team. In his role, Daniel is responsible for helping customers in their digital transformation, leveraging on Red Hat’s open culture, processes and technology.
Prior to Red Hat, Daniel worked in senior roles at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. For more than two decades, he led various regional businesses at HPE, and was most recently Head of Sales Strategy and Planning for Asia Pacific.

Daniel’s other previous roles at HPE include being Regional Managing Director of Growth & Emerging Markets, and Senior Director & Regional GM for Territory Business and Small and Medium-sized Businesses for APAC and Japan. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Engineer at Matsushita Graphic Communication Systems.
With more than 23 years of experience, Daniel has a proven record of growing profitable businesses and expanding operations in multiple countries in Asia.

Daniel is Singaporean and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and an Executive MBA from the Aalto University School of Economics.

Vincent Caldeira is Field CTO, APAC at Red Hat. In this role, he is primarily responsible for engaging and building partnerships with strategic customers to explain Red Hat’s vision and establish and reinforce Red Hat as an industry leader while establishing trusted relationships with customer's technology leaders and advocating for relevant emerging technologies. Vincent has spent more than 20 years of his career in the financial technology sector, both as a Chief Technology Officer shaping technology strategy, enterprise architecture and driving technology transformation roadmaps, as well as driving talented engineering teams to design, build and deliver software solutions in the financial software vendor industry. Vincent also contributes to OS-Climate, a Linux Foundation-backed open source project that intends to build the breakthrough technology and data platforms needed to more fully integrate the impacts of climate change in global financial decision-making and risk management, where he acts as the lead architect and Technical Advisory Council member.

Biswa has close to two decades in technology strategy, execution and transformation roles across leading Banks and Insurance organizations such as IndusInd Bank, Barclays Bank, Bank Of America, ICICI Prudential, Cigna TTK and Reliance Life Insurance.

In his current role he is responsible for roadmap, planning and delivery of strategic capabilities for IndusInd Bank across the technology stack back to front, aligning with the firms broader strategy.

He is also accountable for governance and for security engineering to protect data centre, end points, applications and core information assets.

Driving digital transformation across customer journeys, influencing the modernisation of the application stack using cloud and containerisation and create data warehouse and analytics capability are some of his strategic priorities.

Varun has two decades of experience in implementing, transforming and strategizing IT platforms for large Telcos , automobiles and other enterprises. He has worked with IBM till 2021 before joining IndiGo as head of Cloud engineering.

In his current role, he is responsible for cloud engineering function spanning architecture, deployment and migration to cloud. He is also actively involved in tech selection and architecture of overall IT landscape at IndiGo airlines.

Prakash S Shetty is the Director Enterprise Sales for Red Hat India & SA.
He has been responsible to build the BFSI vertical for India and his current role Prakash is responsible for driving strategic planning, growth initiatives, and digital transformation partnerships across BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail & Public Sectors customers.

His focus is to help Enterprise customers harness the potential of technologies to build practices that expedite the execution of their business strategies towards the development of digital capabilities.

Prakash has a Bachelor's degree in Science as well as a Masters in Marketing and does have more than two decades of experience in the IT industry of which 18 years in the field of open source.

As the Senior Director, Solutions Architecture and CTO for Red Hat India/South Asia, Ameeta helps clients on their hybrid cloud and digital transformation journeys with the power of Open Source Technologies from Red Hat. She leads a team of experienced Red Hat Solution Architects and Specialists with diverse expertise across the solution portfolio.

Prior to Red Hat, Ameeta Roy led the Solution Consulting teams for SaaS Cloud Applications at Oracle India working with several clients on the digital transformation of all aspects of their business.

Ameeta has also spent several years at IBM in client facing roles where she has helped clients architect, design, build and troubleshoot software systems. In her last role at IBM she was leading the Technical Solution teams across IBM’s Software Portfolio of Analytics, IoT, Commerce, Security, Cloud, Middleware and Industry Solutions.

Mangesh Surve has been in crucial leadership roles as the technology influenced the digital transformation of Industries and impacted daily lives of its consumers.

He is currently leading the Red Hat Solutions Specialty team for Open Hybrid Cloud. He is consulting crucial verticals like BFSI, Telco, IT/ITES, Manufacturing and Pharma on Cloud Native & Open Source based Digital transformation. He had also lead the technology teams in Oracle during its transition to Cloud. He was leader of Information Management at IBM during that time when Business has started looking at Analytics as one of the crucial pillars of their business.

Arpita Sengupta is Director, Marketing & Communications for Red Hat India and South Asia.
She is part of Red Hat’s APAC Marketing leadership team and Red Hat India Leadership.
Arpita is responsible for delivering awareness on Red Hat’s open source technology leadership and for managing teams to drive demand generation through a data driven approach across digital, social, market development, corporate communications, Partner marketing and as Head of Marketing for Red Hat India & South Asia region.

With almost two decades of experience in the IT industry Arpita has worked in senior roles in VMware, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise & IBM and has a passion to deliver on core business parameters and create new growth engines for the future building high performance teams.

Ahilan is a GTM Specialist for App Platform in APAC. Ahilan has more than 20 years of global work experience in Middleware and Cloud Native technologies across Europe, USA and APAC. In his current role, Ahilan supports Sales and Architecture teams to deliver Red Hat solutions that addresses Customer's immediate and long term goals with Open Hybrid Cloud Architecture.

Renu has over 19 years of IT experience. Renu started her career in Java/J2EE technologies and then moved on to full-stack application development with UI technologies like Angular and React. Currently, she is leading the "Ecosystem Integration Engineering" pillar in Ecosystem Engineering at Red Hat. Renu is passionate about solving complex business problems of end-users through technology! She is very passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and currently leading the DEI APAC chapter.

She works on demystifying Red Hat’s Hybrid Cloud technology and marrying it with the changing landscape of telecom networks, IT and Edge. She strives to convert the vision of telecom operators into reality.

Having worked with industry leaders like Nokia, Ericsson, Accenture and Oracle across presales, business development and client advisory roles, Neha brings extensive experience in key telecom domains including OSS/BSS, RAN, Core, IOT/Edge and Cloud.

Jaikrit Negi is a Cloud Native Architect with Portworx by Pure Storage. He helps customers and partners in making architectural and strategic decisions while designing scalable, portable and resilient solutions on Kubernetes platform.  He has strong expertise in building and operationalizing hybrid and multi cloud platforms to realize digital transformational goals of organizations. As an Executive Discussion Leader, he speaks at conferences, technology events and industry workshops on hybrid cloud adoption.

Sarabjit is Red Hat Chief Architect working with Strategic Red Hat Customers around Hybrid Cloud Architectures. Sarabjit brings extensive experience in developing architecture blueprints, roadmaps, leading discussions with CIO/CTO/CISO offices and working with customer business teams, influencers and the SI ecosystem. He has led some very large engagements in Hybrid Cloud, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS space.

He holds several industry certifications in technologies like Cloud Computing, Integration Technologies, Workflow and Security Solutions.

Ranganath is responsible for bringing in thought leadership across the HPE Hybrid IT business and delivering best in class technology experience for customers. He works closely with the enterprise segments, understanding their business and technical needs, developing HPE’s point of view aligned to HPE Technology Vision. With more than 27 years of experience in the technology industry, Ranganath is an accomplished Technologist and Management Executive across core ICT technologies working predominantly in the India and Asia Pacific & Japan region. Anuj manages Red Hat Emerging Tech Business for Enterprise GTM with a focus on Public Sector, PSU's and Large FSI Customer's.

He has 19 years of experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Consultant and Business Development Executive with large Indian System Integrators and Global OEM’s.

He joined Red Hat in 2019 and was working with Oracle India Pvt Ltd as a Specialist in his prior role. In his current role, he focuses on Application Modernization and Hybrid Cloud Automation line of business using Open Source Frameworks and Practices.

Anuva Ambastha joined Red Hat in 2013 in the Global Partner team where she focused on Red Hat key and strategic partners and helped them build meaningful solutions for their customers.

In her career spanning over 21 years , Anuva has worked extensively with Middleware technologies and specialises in supporting customers to accelerate their digital transformation journey by using next generation cloud-native and container technologies from Red Hat.

In her current role as Principal Specialist Solution Architect she strives to make open source technology both practical and workable for enterprise users by balancing her technical expertise, understanding of business processes and IT problems faced at the enterprise level along with her passion for open source.

Prasad Mukhedkar is a Senior Specialist Solution Architect, Cloud & Automation
at Red Hat India. He is a Red Hat Certified Architect and brings over 12 years of experience in the IT field that covers automation, containerisation, management, operations, development and solution design. He is a huge fan of the Linux 'GNU Screen' utility and co-authored a book titled 'Mastering KVM Virtualization'

Principal Specialist Solution Architect with 19+ years of industry experience and having expertise spread across application development, design, deployment and architect end to end large scale platforms, he has spent more than 10 years during two stints in Red Hat working on Open Source, innovative and many first of its kind solutions.

In his current role, Vaibhav is responsible for working directly with clients and partners for Hybrid Cloud, OpenShift, Cloud Native, Microservices & Applications Platform technologies.

He has rich and varied professional experience in Hybrid Cloud/Cloud-Native technologies which includes but not limited to Business Analytics, Integration, Security, User Experience, DevOps, etc.

He specializes in data science and a keen learner and evangelist helping people access, understand and engage with data driven culture.

Rachna Dodia is a Cloud Specialist Solution Architect focusing in the BFSI sector. She works along with Partners and Customers to help them in their Digital Transformation Journey, and enjoys working with them to understand their pain point and give them the most suitable solution. She comes with a total experience of 5 years where prior to Red Hat she have worked as a Production Analyst at Barclays Technology Center. Throughout her career Containerisation and Automation has been her key area of contribution.

Bhavin Ajmera is India Solution Technology Practice (STP) Lead for Red Hat India Consulting. In his current role he helps organisations to embark on a Digital transformation journey using Open Source technology and Principle. As a technology lead he specialises in Hybrid cloud, Devops practise, Application Modernization, Containerisation, IaaC, Linux/Storage technologies. As a day to day activity he consult with Red Hat customers, SI's & Partners on how best to use Red Hat/Open Source products to its full capabilities

Bhavin has over 20+ years of IT experience. Acts as a Trusted Adviser for implementing open source technologies for Customer's mission critical environments. His vast experience in moving towards more open & cloud native technology and has helped customers to migrate legacy to infrastructure, application modernization, virtualization, cloud and service automation.

Sumit is a Specialist Solutions Architect with overall 14+ years of experience in Linux, Middleware & Telecom solutioning.
