  • Contracts requested to secure sponsorships
  • Marketing promotional opportunities (MPOs) go live in late November

  • Sponsorship packages and MPOs sales continue

January–February

  • Secure your sponsorship level before it sells out
  • Exhibitor Resource Center goes live
  • Floor plan debuts and booth selection begins

March

  • Sponsorship sales close end of March
  • Expo hall floor plan finalized
  • Final payments due

  • Red Hat Summit: April 27-29, 2020
