IN THE NEWS:

ZDNet - Red Hat, Ansible and Kubernetes near the top of GitHub's Octoverse

GitHub recently published their latest annual State of the Octoverse report, which details the top open source projects hosted on GitHub. Out of 96 million repositories, Ansible came in at #7 with 7500 contributors, followed by Kubernetes at #8 with 6500 contributors. Red Hat as an organization also came in third in overall contributors to GitHub repositories with 3300, behind only Microsoft and Google.
