"Participation and innovation are tightly linked." - Jim Whitehurst, CEO, Red Hat

The theme of this year’s Red Hat Summit was the power of participation―an idea that permeated every part of the conference.

Over 3 days, 16 keynote speakers showed how participation leads to innovation with live demos, charitable robots, a peek into how NASA JPL operates, and more. Attendees participated in 250+ sessions and labs, plus an executive exchange on digital transformation.

Hundreds ran in the annual Red Hat Summit 5K, with proceeds benefiting Girl Develop It. We even hosted a wedding live on stage―yes, a real wedding―officiated by a Red Hat executive. (Who says IT conferences are boring?)

Check out the highlights below, including downloadable session presentations.

Red Hat Summit 2017 will be May 2-5 in Boston, MA. Sign up for updates.
