Margaret Dawson A 20-year tech industry veteran, Margaret is a frequent author and speaker on cloud computing, big data, open source, women in tech, and the intersection of business and technology. Currently, Margaret leads global product marketing at Red Hat, the world’s leading open source software company. Prior to Red Hat, she was Vice President of Product Marketing and Cloud Evangelist for the cloud computing division of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. Margaret has worked and traveled extensively in Asia, Europe, and North America. She was a foreign correspondent for BusinessWeek magazine, and spent ten years in the Greater China region, consulting with many technology companies and governmental agencies. |

Jim Totton Jim Totton holds P&L responsibility for the Red Hat Platforms Business Unit, which includes Red Hat Enterprise Linux as well as the company's operating system product line for real-¬time, embedded and client computing, the virtualization platform Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization, and the Cloud infrastructure solution Red Hat OpenStack Platform. A veteran of the computing industry for over 30 years, Jim joined Red Hat, having held key leadership positions with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Dell, and Microsoft. At DEC, Jim held many engineering and technology leadership roles including serving as Software Vice President where he led Windows Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing organizations bringing some of the earliest broad Windows NT enterprise solutions to market. In 1999 he was recruited by Dell and served as Vice President of Software where he led the Software Product Group in delivering operating systems and applications across their hardware product lines. Prior to joining Red Hat, he served as Microsoft’s GM of Marketing in their OEM Division where he led Business Development and Product Management for Microsoft’s worldwide OEM channel. |

Peter Man Peter Man is the Regional Director for Red Hat in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and South China. In his role, Peter leads the teams to drive business and increase Red Hat’s footprint in Greater China. Peter has more than 18 years of IT industry experience and has established a strong reputation in Hong Kong’s open source community. Previously with Novell and IBM, he has a proven track record for building high performing teams. Peter holds a string of academic qualifications, including a Masters in Computer Science from Texas A&M Uni. |

Otto Chow Otto Chow is the team leader of technical sales specialists in PRC and APJ region. He and his team focus on promoting Intel technologies around cloud and software defined infrastructure to end customers with ecosystem partners. Otto joined Intel in 1999 as senior engineer to support software developer enabling activities for Intel latest processors. He then served multiple roles in Intel from consulting services to technical sales role covering telco operators and cloud service providers in China. |

Benjamin Henshall Benjamin Henshall holds a Bachelor of Science (Information Systems - UNSW) and is the Director of solutions for Red Hat’s developer tooling and developer platforms for the Asia Pacific region. His primary responsibility is to help clients, partners and the eco-system within Asia adopt the Red Hat toolsets and services in digital transformative opportunities. Benjamin comes with over 8 and half years experience within Red Hat and prior working at Oracle within the Fusion Middleware business unit and BEA Systems preceding his time at Oracle. His particular interests is to help organisations ‘out innovate’ the competition through ‘compressed innovation cycles’ using software engineering principles and cultural change known as DevOps and aligning IT architectures and operations to meet the demands of the next generation business model(s). Benjamin also has a passion for helping organisations understand how to harness the innovation from open source software and participate in their respective communities. |

Vishal Ghariwala Vishal Ghariwala works in the APAC Office of Technology. He is responsible for the Product Management function in Asia Pacific for the Middleware, OpenShift and Mobile product lines. His current role combines customer engagement, product management, product marketing, technical/sales enablement, and business operations. Vishal has been in the IT industry for more than 15 years, and has led vendors such as ILOG, IBM, Intalio, and most recently Red Hat for half of that career. Vishal holds a B.Eng. (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. |

He has more than 15 years of experience creating open source software, managing complex IT systems and helping companies serve software developers. Before joining Inktank, Turk managed developer communities for Talend, Alcatel-Lucent and SourceForge.net, the world’s largest open source community.
