The patient journey through the healthcare system and care management programs is often frustrating, time consuming, and expensive. As popular as improving patient experiences has become, few organizations have succeeded in operationalizing key areas like care and service optimization in a true, omnichannel way. Together, CognitiveScale and Red Hat are improving healthcare outcomes using a modular framework and trusted artificial intelligence (AI)—enhancing patient care and lowering operating costs through predictive, proactive, and personalized care.

In this webinar, we’ll cover:

  • The value of open source in building event-driven clinical solutions

  • How to build an AI blueprint or template that can be configured to drive a high-value business process

  • How to use declared, observed, and inferred data to create a single Profile of One to further hyper-personalization within your business processes

  • How to support cognitive interventions or outreach designed to change the trajectory of the patient journey toward more effective treatment, lower costs, and better outcomes

Live event date: Thursday, September 30, 2021 | 12 p.m. ET

On-demand event: Available for one year afterward.
