In this webinar, you’ll hear Harald Hinderer of Red Hat speak about some of the key messages of the book, ‘The Open Organization: Igniting Passion and Performance,’ written by Jim Whitehurst, CEO of Red Hat. We’ll cover:
- Creating an environment conducive to responding quickly in today’s fast-paced, sometimes-disruptive world.
- Encouraging the best ideas, getting and giving honest advice, and attracting and retaining the brightest talent.
- HR processes that ignite passion and performance—from the very first engagements in a recruitment process, during employee on-boarding and throughout employees’ careers.
We’ll also explain how some of the HR processes work within Red Hat and some of the work we’re doing with customers to help improve recruitment and employee-onboarding processes.
