The Growth of Cloud Applications (SaaS), Mobile and Social Media are reigniting the focus on Enterprise Integration. Red Hat JBoss middleware solutions provides a modern approach to enable the IT Transformation:
Acceleration of apps development, deployment, performance and management. Integration of applications and data, particularly data virtualization enables organizations to acquire actionable, unified information when and how they need it; i.e. at the business speed and Automation of decisions and processes. Werner Knoblich is responsible for developing and executing Red Hat’s business strategy across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). His primary focus is on sales, marketing, and services. Since joining Red Hat in 2003, Werner has led the EMEA region to consistently exceed financial targets and deliver innovative solutions to overcome customer business challenges in both established and emerging markets. Prior to joining Red Hat, Knoblich spent more than 6 years working in the IT asset management sector for MainControl and MRO in the United States.

Rakesh Kumar is a Managing Vice President in Gartner Research, where he leads the Data Center Strategies team. With more than 25 years of international experience, Mr. Kumar is a recognized leader in data center infrastructure, high availability, consolidation, and cloud and hosting options. Mr. Kumar also leads the research in data center power and cooling issues and is an established international authority in environmental and "green" IT strategies. He has worked with the European Union and various governments around the world on energy-related technology issues.
