Live from OpenStack Summit: Driving new levels of success for our customers

I have always grounded Red Hat Global Services in three things: client success, deep expertise, and emerging technology adoption, whether that be OpenStack, Platform-as-a-Service, containers, or microservices. I was thrilled to attend OpenStack’s annual event this year, OpenStack Summit, to witness and share how we have enabled many of our customers to hit new levels of emerging technology adoption.

Just this last year, we trained over 10,000 individuals on OpenStack. Similarly, we have seen a 130 percent increase in the number of OpenStack certified professionals. We are also carving more paths for customers to access the tools, training, and skills to succeed in the emerging technology space. One of those paths, announced at this year’s OpenStack Summit, is Open Innovation Labs, a hands-on residency where customers are able to access best-in-class open source software, Red Hat technologies, and agile methodologies to modernize legacy applications or develop contemporary ones.
