We are pleased to share that Red Hat’s Diane Mueller, Director of Community Development, OpenShift, was selected by the Cloud Network of Women (CloudNOW) as one of the Top 10 Women in Cloud for 2015.

CloudNOW’s recognition honors Diane’s 20+ years of work designing and implementing products and applications embedded into mission critical financial and accounting systems at Fortune 500 corporations. At Red Hat, Diane focuses on cross-community collaboration and drives both customer and developer community initiatives to promote the success of OpenShift, Red Hat’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). CloudNOW is a non-profit consortium of leading women in cloud computing and is focused on using technology for the overall professional development of women around the world. The 2015 Top Women in Cloud Innovation Award recognizes female led end-user customer teams who have applied Cloud and Converging technologies (such as the Internet of Things, security, and big data) to:

  • Solve real world business problems;
  • Contribute to society/community in a significant manner;
  • Or innovate and move the industry forward.

Diane and her fellow winners will be honored at CloudNOW’s awards dinner on Sept. 24 in Menlo Park, Calif., where they will have the chance to present their work.
