Red Hat EMEA Celebrates 15 Years and Recognizes Top Training Partners, Resellers, and Instructors

Red Hat EMEA hosted the 2014 Training Partner Conference in Berlin, Germany on September 18-20th and celebrated 15 years of Red Hat Training and Certification in style at the nhow Berlin hotel.

We kicked off the conference welcoming partners with an evening of networking and some live entertainment (compliments to the guys from Datascript, Czech Republic) to celebrate the success and the great accomplishments throughout the last 15 years.

Over the course of the three days, one hundred training partners, resellers and instructors gathered for keynote and break-out sessions held by global and regional leaders, partners and specialists. As well as, a lot of great conversations, strategy and collaboration during the panel discussions and technical workshops. The exam sessions are always a highlight at the conference as they are a great opportunity for our partners to get certified on the newest technologies on-site and can go back to their region and confidently deliver exams to their students. Exams were proctored by some of our most seasoned partners and instructors (a big thanks to Nikos Zaharioudakis, Lars Delhage and Gavin Spurgeon).

There were also some pretty cool prizes handed out to attendees who proved their skills on the ‘Proven’ Labyrinth game. Prizes included a Red Hat 15 Year mini fridge and pint glass and two Red Hat branded remote controlled cars. Try and spot them at our partner’s facilities throughout EMEA! At the conclusion of this year’s Red Hat Training Partner conference, everyone gathered to set sail on the Poseidon (river boat) where we recognized the following partners and individuals for their great support and contribution to the Red Hat Training and Certification programme.
