Red Hat Named a Top 100 Company for Remote Jobs by FlexJobs

We are proud to announce that Red Hat has been named to FlexJobs’ annual “Top 100 Companies with Remote Jobs in 2015” list. Red Hat is ranked #46 among the top 100 of companies to watch for remote job opportunities in 2015. This is the second year in a row that Red Hat has been named to the list.

FlexJobs, a job service specializing in remote and flexible job opportunities, analyzed their database of more than 30,000 companies. The organization compiled job posting history from the prior year to determine which companies would be most likely to incorporate telecommuting into their hiring practices in 2015.  

We are excited that Red Hat has been recognized by FlexJobs as a leader for our remote work options. Work-from-home arrangements remove geographic boundaries so we can expand our job candidate pool and hire the best fit possible. These arrangements also provide employees with greater flexibility and opportunities to balance their work and personal lives. It's a win-win situation for both Red Hat and our employees, and we expect to continue the practice in 2015 and beyond.
