Enthusiast, researcher, and author

Gene Kim has been studying high-performing technology organizations since 1999. He was the founder and CTO of Tripwire, Inc. for 13 years. He’s also the co-author of the newly released The DevOps Handbook, as well as The Phoenix Project: A Novel About IT, DevOps, and Helping Your Business Win.

Brian Gracely

BRIAN GRACELY

Director of Product Strategy, Red Hat

Brian Gracely (@bgracely) is director of product strategy at Red Hat, focused on OpenShift. He brings 20 years of experience (Red Hat, Wikibon, EMC, Virtustream, NetApp, Cisco) in strategy, product management, systems engineering, marketing and M&A. He is recognized as an industry thought leader in cloud computing, as well as being co-host of the award-winning podcast, The Cloudcast (@thecloudcastnet). He has a BS/MBA from Wake Forest University.

Marivi Stuchinsky

MARIVI STUCHINSKY

Chief Technology Officer, Farmers Insurance Group

Marivi Stuchinsky is the chief technology officer for Farmers' Insurance Group. She has over 30 years of IT leadership experience with a proven track record in delivering secure, robust enterprise technologies, as well as large-scale global IT projects.

Marivi joined Farmers in April 2016, and leads the CTO organization, which consists of Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Operations and Production Support, Enterprise Platform Services including Salesforce COE (Center of Excellence), Client Services, and Technology Business Management. She has focused on creating a functional shared services organization that provides technology expertise and consultation to all of Farmers lines of business.

Christopher Younger

CHRISTOPHER YOUNGER

Vice President - Technology Operations, Ten-X

Christopher Younger leads technology operations for Ten-X, a real estate technology company based in southern California with offices throughout the United States. He has over 20 years of technology leadership experience with both large enterprises (Ernst & Young, AT&T) and startup (Coupons.com) ventures.

Chris joined Ten-X in mid-2012 and leads the technology operations organization reporting to the CTO of Ten-X. TechOps consists of corporate engineering, technology support, telecommunication engineering, and production operations. His focus has been turning TechOps into the company’s “trusted technology advisor,” providing technology solutions to all lines of business as well as supporting the technology product platform and development teams.
