Werner Knoblich
Senior VP and GM EMEA, Red Hat

Werner Knoblich is responsible for developing and executing Red Hat’s business strategy across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). His primary focus is on sales, marketing, and services. Since joining Red Hat in 2003, Werner has led the EMEA region to consistently exceed financial targets and deliver innovative solutions to overcome customer business challenges in both established and emerging markets. Prior to joining Red Hat, Knoblich spent more than 6 years working in the IT asset management sector for MainControl and MRO in the United States. Knoblich began his sales career working for USU Softwarehaus in Germany.

Brendan McErlain
Director EMEA Marketing, Red Hat

Brendan McErlain is Director EMEA Marketing at Red Hat. Brendan is responsible for orchestrating and implementing Red Hat's marketing and communications strategy in EMEA, across both direct and indirect channels. Brendan has more than 15 years international marketing experience in the enterprise software sector and joined Red Hat in October 2013.

Florian Brand
Training Quality Manager EMEA, Red Hat

Florian Brand is the Training Quality Manager EMEA for Red Hat and has more that 15 years of international experience as an instructor, courseware author and education manager. He was first Red Hat Certified Architect worldwide. His teaching experience features Linux Administration, Performance Tuning, Security, Storage and Network topics. He has delivered training in more than 40 countries all over the globe.

Ross Addis
Senior Solution Architect, Red Hat

Ross Addis is a Senior Solution Architect for Infrastructure and Cloud for the past 2 years at Red Hat. He has logged 17 years in the Linux and Open Source space. Previously, he was a Technical Architect at Siemens IT Solutions and Services. Before that, co-founder of, and Solution Architect at the first commercial South African Linux Distribution, Impi Linux.

Gavin McDougall
Senior Security Architect, Red Hat

Gavin McDougall is a Senior Security Architect for Red Hat Southern Africa, his primary focus is on Cloud Computing as well as emerging trends in Information Technology. Although fairly new to Red Hat, Gavin is no stranger to Linux and Open Source with over 15 years of experience behind him. Before joining Red Hat, Gavin spent 9 years working for a local ISP in Operations where he had various roles in Networking, Security and System Administration, and was also responsible for the launch of one of South Africa's first commercial OpenStack cloud platforms.
