Kubernetes seems to be everywhere nowadays, but how did it get started?
Red Hat’s Burr Sutter sat down with Clayton Coleman to talk about where Kubernetes came from and how it developed from a container orchestration project inside Google, to a world-wide open source phenomenon.
Clayton Coleman is the lead architect for Red Hat OpenShift--Red Hat’s enterprise class Kubernetes distribution--and a top contributor to the open source Kubernetes project. He was there in the early days as critical decisions were made that shaped Kubernetes’ success. If you’re interested in how Kubernetes got here and where it's headed, check out the video.
