We’re excited to share that Corinne Warnshuis, executive director of Girl Develop It, will be this year’s keynote speaker at Red Hat Women’s Leadership Community Luncheon. Taking place Wednesday, June 29, during Red Hat Summit 2016 in San Francisco, the luncheon provides a great opportunity to network with other women in tech.

Warnshuis, a passionate advocate for community-centered movements and their power to change the world, plans to speak to how Girl Develop It is working to welcome more women to open source. Girl Develop It is a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for women interested in learning web and software development.

A frequent speaker, Warnshuis has spoken at the White House, Dreamforce, Lesbians Who Tech Summit, CodeConf, OSCON, and more. A native of California, Corinne moved to Philadelphia after graduating from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

We invite all Red Hat Summit 2016 attendees to join us for this event and learn how they can get involved in engaging more women in open source.
