Today I'm proud to announce the addition of Red Hat Access Labs to the Red Hat Customer Portal. Red Hat Access Labs are the next evolution of subscription benefits fostered from innovation and the collaborative Red Hat spirit. Red Hat Access Labs are part of our ongoing effort to provide our customers with enhanced subscription value and continual improvements to the experience they have with our products.

Available in the Red Hat Customer Portal, Red Hat Access Labs are a set of web applications developed by Red Hat engineers to enable our customers to mitigate and troubleshoot potential issues within their technical environments before they occur. Red Hat Access Labs are based on customer feedback and provide access to tools designed to improve performance, troubleshoot issues, identify security problems, and more.

Customers are encouraged to try these tools, and ideate and iterate with Red Hat engineers and other customers via the comments feature on each tools’ info page. This interaction gives customers the power to proactively influence the development of Red Hat Access Labs and the Red Hat products they care most about.

Built on OpenShift Enterprise, Red Hat’s private Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering, Red Hat Access Labs enable continuous delivery and innovation. As we receive feedback from our customers and associates, we plan for Red Hat Access Labs to grow and shift providing new ways for our customers to optimize their IT operations. Our goal is for Red Hat Access Labs to reflect the product areas that our customers want to influence the most.
