5 strategies for preventing digital transformation failure

Rivedi il webinar del 6 ottobre 2020

Nearly four out of five digital transformation efforts fail.1 When they do, companies wonder why their technology investments did little to achieve business goals like faster time to market, improved customer experience, and new service models.

When digital transformation fails, it is often because people and processes aren’t given the same attention as technology. While next-generation architectures are essential for new ways of developing and delivering applications, they alone are not enough. Digital leaders are those who adopt agile processes that emphasize continuous, iterative, and rapid development of innovative ideas while nurturing an open culture that values transparency, collaboration, and accountability.

This webinar will cover:

  • Trends of digital transformation in 2020
  • Essential elements of successful digital transformation projects
  • How Red Hat’s approach to digital transformation can help organizations shorten the development life cycle, lower development costs, and increase market reach
