Financial institutions understand that the future of their businesses hinges on creating services and experiences that leverage the advances within the customer and partner ecosystem available through application programming interfaces (APIs), microservices architectures, and containerization – but they also come with some unique challenges. You can gain great benefits but like most things worth doing, knowledge and preparation are necessary.
