Working more than 15 years with both Linux® and virtualization, Rich is very experienced in systems management, configuration management, and Red Hat's subscription governance.

John Spinks, Red Hat principal technical marketing manager for Red Hat Satellite, has been in a technical marketing role for over a decade. Although John is fairly new to Red Hat, in his long-term role he has worked with centralized management products, backup and recovery products, and databases and enterprise applications. He has successfully brought several products to market, and he's excited to bring that experience to Red Hat.
