Mark leads the Subscription Management Workshop, which is an on-site, half-day workshop with Red Hat customers. He outlines best practices for managing their subscriptions, and which tools can aid them in that process.

As a Technical Analyst Bennet's role involves leading the practice and introducing the overall technical vision for the Subscription Education and Awareness Program in APAC. He engages with customers to mitigate compliance issues and help them better understand the subscription model and best practices for Subscription Management. He helps customer with the various scripts / tools that could aid them in better understanding their deployment and hence optimize subscription usage.
