Bhushan Gavankar is a Senior Technology Architect at Accenture UK. He has around 18 years of industry experience across systems, networks, storage and for last 3 years on Cloud computing, primarily on AWS. Through Accenture, he has been working as Cloud and Security architect at a major telco for last 2 years, which has around 50+ AWS accounts and an annual AWS cloud bill crossing $6 million. He has achieved AWS Solution Architect – Associate & Professional, AWS Certified Security Speciality, Terraform Associate and Red Hat Delivery Specialist – Container Platform Deployment accreditation.

As the Head of the Application, Cloud, Transformation and Management Sales for Atos International, I head up an experienced team of industry and portfolio specialists that are dedicated to support customers Digital Transformation with cloud solutions and platforms.

Ryan Niksch is a Partner Solutions Architect focusing on application platforms, hybrid application solutions, and modernization. Ryan has worn many hats in his life and has a passion for tinkering and a desire to leave everything he touches a little better than when he found it.

For 15 years I have been passionate in helping organizations being Lean/Agile and modernizing their App Portfolios and Software Development Life Cycle. Using DevOps, Cloud, PaaS, Containers, Microservices, API we have been succeeding to increase delivery velocity and reducing Infrastructure TCO.

Nolan is an experienced Enterprise Architect in the strategic planning, design, build and delivery of IT infrastructure and applications in large, complex business modernisation and transformation Programmes.
He recognises that transformation isn’t simply about technology but also one of organisation and culture if the true benefit of Digital Transformation is to be realized. He brings extensive experience in Applications Transformation, Cloud Technologies, Agile Delivery models and DevOps philosophy to bear on any client engagement. In his role as Lead Architect for the DXC Newcastle Digital Transformation Centre provides support, consultancy and direction for DXC teams and for our Clients in their transformation journey. He is seen as a Technical Evangelist and solution innovator driving the Newcastle DTC to be an exemplar of DXC innovative thinking and ability to deliver focusing not just on the technology but also the culture required to support the new Digital economy.

Responsible for the management APIs for Azure and Azure management at scale including policy, access control and continuous deployment. Responsible for cloud native compute on Azure including Linux on Azure, Kubernetes on Azure and Service Fabric. Responsible for open source compute on Azure including Kubernetes and Linux. Responsible for SAP on Azure.    Prior to Microsoft Brendan worked on the Google Cloud Platform for 4 years where he was a co-founder of the Kubernetes open source project, as well as the Google Container Engine, Google Cloud DNS and Google Config Manager projects. Prior to working on Google Cloud, Brendan worked on Google’s web search infrastructure for four years. Prior to working at Google Brendan was a professor of Computer Science at Union College in Schenectady, New York.

As a board member at VENL Eus is responsible for Governance, the professionalization of support departments, Corporate Social Responsibility, IT / ERP, Procurement, Safety Excellence, Legal Affairs (General Counsel) and sponsor of Management Development.

About Jos Groen Axians is a network of business in the field Dynamic Infrastructures, Intelligent Apps and Business Applications. Within this network Jos is leading a business unit with the ambition to migrate (legacy) applications and workloads to Red Hat Openshift on the Azure cloud (ARO). We use the technologies of both Red Hat and Microsoft in the field of middleware solutions, operational data integration and application migration. For application modernization on an enterprise level, we use the technologies of Mendix and Microsoft. As a leader Jos is passionate about transformation towards the Open Organization. 

Responsible for the Microsoft Open Source Strategy within Microsoft Western Europe as part of the Azure Business Group. Responsible to ensure Open Source solutions are pushed through the local Microsoft country teams by providing Go To Market plans. This includes Open Source Migration Programs, Application Modernization and Innovation plays including Cloud Native plus Open Source Database Migration/ Utilization. Prior to working for Microsoft he worked for open source companies like Docker (2 years) and Red Hat (6 years) where held several positions. René has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen.

Responsible for making sure that our customer that are adopting Cloud Native Technology in the Microsoft ecosystem are successful. Engaging with Microsoft field, partners, and customer for enablement and driving Cloud Native business across EMEA. Gathering relevant feedback from our customers and connect with our product and engineering’s teams. Working closely with Red Hat EMEA team and field.  Prior to Microsoft, Roy worked at a big Microsoft partner in the Netherlands as a Microsoft Azure pre-sales consultant. Making sure that their customers getting the most out of adopting Microsoft Azure technology. Before that Roy worked for over ten years for IT companies in the Infrastructure and development space.

Petra Heinrich joined Red Hat in January 2007 and is responsible for the development and execution of Red Hat's partner strategy, partner sales and product business development manager across EMEA. This includes the indirect go-to-market strategy and execution with distributors, solution providers, GAPs, CCSP's (Certified Cloud Solution Provider) and associated programs. With over 20 years experience in partner management and business development, Petra Heinrich is a champion for open source collaboration to deliver innovative solutions for today's business challenges leveraging Red Hat's business partner network and global alliances. Previous stations in her career included Lotus, IBM, Suse and Novell. Heinrich started her career at Lotus Development, working in operations and later moved to a partner manager role, where she took responsibility for the Lotus partner business in the central region. After the acquisition of Lotus by IBM, she supported the integration of the partner business and was responsible for the combined IBM Software/Lotus partner business in the central region. Heinrich's next move was into the open source business. She took the position of vice president for the consumer business unit and partner business at SuSE Linux, where she was responsible for product management, marketing, sales, and support. Heinrich was responsible for developing strategy
and building the business, along with programs for all indirect business. Heinrich played a key role during the Novell/SuSE acquisition process and was instrumental in the integration process. Heinrich was made vice president for EMEA partners at Novell with the objective to grow both the Linux and the partner business. After her time at Novell, Heinrich worked at an open source collaboration provider as chief sales officer, building the sales strategy and doubling the business within a year.
