Instructor Office Hours, a feature of Red Hat Learning Subscription - Standard

If you are a Red Hat Learning Subscription - Standard customer, one of the features available to you is to book an Instructor Office Hour. If you’re stuck on a lab, or are having difficulty with understanding a topic, book some time with a Red Hat expert to help you out!

To book an office hour session, go to the "Help" tab and select "Talk to an Instructor".

To help with booking the appointment, be sure to provide the course that you’re working on and a description of what help you are looking to get from your instructor office hour appointment. The more specific, the better! It helps to have a day or so of notice so we can make sure the right person is staffed for your request. For more in depth requests, we might need some additional time to make sure we schedule an instructor that is well versed in the course content and is available to be assigned to your request.
