From August 03, 2021 through December 31, 2021 (“Promotional Period”), Red Hat is offering a 25% discount (“Promotional Discount”) off Red Hat’s local Manufacturer Special Retail Price (“MSRP”) of Red Hat Learning Subscription Basic (LS120), Red Hat Learning Subscription Standard (LS220), and Red Hat Learning Subscription for Developers (LS300) limited to end customers located in Red Hat’s Asia-Pacific (“APAC”) region with the exception of China (“Offer”). This Offer applies to new purchases or the renewal of existing Red Hat Learning Subscriptions limited to the eligible Red Hat Learning Subscriptions described herein.

Terms and Conditions

In order to participate in this promotion and qualify to receive the Promotional Discount off the local MSRP of Red Hat Learning Subscription Basic (LS120), Red Hat Learning Subscription Standard (LS220), and Red Hat Learning Subscription for Developers (LS300) (“Eligible Subscription”) or the renewal of an existing Eligible Subscription, participant must: 1) be a legal resident of a country located in Red Hat’s Asia-Pacific (APAC) region excluding China ; 2) be of legal adult age in the country of residence in which they are registering and making the purchase, or must provide parental consent to participate in this promotion; and 3) provide valid payment (“Eligible Participant”).
Purchases made prior to August 03, 2021 are excluded from this Offer.
Under this Offer only Eligible Participants renewing or purchasing one or more of the Eligible Subscriptions during the Promotional Period are eligible for this Offer.
This Offer excludes all Red Hat Enterprise Learning Subscription SKUs (LS120-100 (Basic), LS220-100 (Standard), LS300-100 (Developers).
Promotional codes provided by Red Hat will be valid for ninety (90) days from the date the code is issued to Eligible Participants. Promotional codes will not be reissued or extended.
The eligible Red Hat Learning Subscription must be set up, accessed, and consumed only in the country where the Eligible Participant resided when it was purchased.
Under this Offer, Eligible Subscriptions cannot be paid for with Training Units.
Red Hat reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time without notice.
This Offer is non-transferrable, and no assignments or substitutions are allowed.
This Offer may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, discounts, bundles, or coupons.
If an Eligible Participant violates any of the Offer terms, the Offer will be invaild.
Offer is void where prohibited by law.
Unless otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions, all terms of the Enterprise Agreement and Appendix 2A per (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/agreements) and the associated Red Hat Training Policies (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/red-hat-training-policies) (“the Agreements”) shall apply to the Red Hat Product(s) sold in connection with this Offer.
In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Offer and the Agreements, the conflict may be resolved at Red Hat’s discretion in favor of the terms of the Offer during the Promotional Period.
