London Borough of Camden Council improves service delivery

London Borough of Camden Council provides hundreds of services to the borough’s residents, visitors, and commuters. To provide high-quality services to the public through  a shift to a digital-first strategy, the council sought to establish a solid foundation for future IT innovation and improve integration with a flexible, cost-effective architecture. To achieve this goal, the council worked with Red Hat Consulting to deploy Red Hat® Fuse (formerly Red Hat JBoss Fuse) —a lightweight integration platform that connects applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), and services—supported by Red Hat Enterprise Linux®. As a result, the council has improved integration, speeding service delivery to meet citizens’ demands via online channels, and eliminating vendor lock-in with a flexible, cost-effective solution.
