The Association of Support Professionals (ASP) announced the Red Hat Customer Portal as a winner of the Best Support Websites of 2022 for the 12th consecutive year. Our Customer Portal delivers comprehensive product documentation, intelligent troubleshooting tools, security updates, technical support, as well as Red Hat expert and community-powered knowledge—helping customers plan, deploy, maintain and manage their Red Hat solutions. 

This year’s award entry highlighted the Customer Portal’s newly redesigned homepage, new customer-focused landing pages dedicated to Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift, as well as revamped product documentation based on customer feedback.

ASP is a global membership organization for customer support managers and professionals. ASP has held this competition for more than 20 years, and winners are scored in 22 different areas by a panel of judges with experience in web support design and implementation.
