JBoss will host a “Mini-Theater” at its booth this year at JavaOne in San Francisco, June 2-5. Swing by booth #510 to hear JBoss experts discuss a variety of topics.

We’re hitting the road to visit a city near you for a JBoss and Dell lunch series. Rob Cardwell, VP Development, JBoss, will provide a 40-minute overview of the latest JBoss product updates as well as key points explaining why JBoss on Dell is a great combination. Visit us in the following cities:

Red Hat’s Carl Trieloff, senior consulting engineer, will deliver a keynote at STAC Performance Summit on June 4 in New York. STAC meetings bring together the industry leaders who are building and using the latest low-latency, high-performance solutions.

JBoss will be exhibiting at the Gartner Portal Content & Collaboration Summit, June 8-10, in Orlando, FL. Red Hat and the Fedora Project are sponsors of this year’s SouthEast LinuxFest being hosted at Clemson University on June 13. This is a community event for anyone who wants to learn more about Linux and free and open source software. Paul Frields, Fedora Project Leader, will deliver the keynote address.

Visit Red Hat at booth #501 at the HP Technology Forum & Expo in Las Vegas, June 15-18. This is the largest event for IT professionals using HP technologies. Customers and partners from around the world will gather to take an in-depth look at the newest IT solutions and emerging technologies.

 

JBoss is a silver sponsor at this year’s HP Software Universe, June 16-18, in Las Vegas, NV. JBoss will be located in booth #402 and will be hosting a 30-minute speaking session on the show floor Tuesday evening, 7:30-8:00 p.m.

Red Hat’s Carl Trieloff will deliver the keynote address at SIFMA Technology Management Conference & Exhibit in New York on Wednesday, June 24 at 8:00 a.m. Hear Carl discuss building financial use cases directly into messaging software for better performance and productivity.

Latin America

FUDCon for Latin America will be held June 24-27 in Porto Alegre, Brazil in conjunction with FISL. It will feature hackfests to work on specific Fedora features and community initiatives, a BarCamp “unconference” with demonstrations and presentations of technologies and techniques, and speakers from around LATAM and the United States, including Red Hat’s vice president of Open Source Affairs, Michael Tiemann. Red Hat will present on global open source policy status and progress, including the Open Source Index with a focus on Brazil.
