Contract-based APIs with OpenAPI in Apache Camel

Watch recording from 2019년 4월 18일

In 11 years of existence, Apache Camel has helped developers perform system-to-system integration using enterprise integration patterns. It offers a slew of connectivity options with a simple domain-specific language for describing the flow of data, while maintaining flexibility and power in the ability to easily add custom logic when needed.

REST and HTTP application programming interface (API)-based integration flows have been on the forefront of system integration for a while, and Camel lets you create or consume APIs while maintaining the benefits of using an integration framework. With tooling, this can become even easier. Camel is the core integration framework included with Red Hat® Integration, which includes capabilities for a full API life cycle.

In this webinar session, we'll:

  • Design an API using Apicurio Studio.
  • Implement the API using Camel to showcase how to do contract-based API development with OpenAPI in Camel.
