Red Hat’s open hybrid cloud portfolio continues to attract attention from developers and enterprises around the globe. In recent weeks, two of Red Hat’s cloud offerings – OpenShift by Red Hat and Red Hat CloudForms – have won three global awards, winning the Computerworld Singapore Readers Choice Awards, the Asia Cloud Awards, and Linux Journal’s 2013 Readers’ Choice Awards.

Red Hat CloudForms, Red Hat’s hybrid cloud management offering, was honored in the “Best Performance Management” category of Computerworld Singapore’s 2013 Readers Choice Awards, now in its twelfth year. Winners are chosen and voted for by readers, while Computerworld Singapore’s editors and researchers gather feedback about the nominees from IT users and buyers in the public and private sector.

OpenShift by Red Hat won the “Best Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)” category of the Asia Cloud Awards, organized by ComputerWorld Hong Kong and the Asia Cloud Forum. The OpenShift PaaS portfolio was one of 39 qualified submissions reviewed by a panel of IT leaders, industry experts and analysts. Nominees were required to host in a public cloud environment and offer “pay-as-you-go” pricing based on shared infrastructure. Additionally, OpenShift received Linux Journal’s 2013 Readers’ Choice Awards as one of its “Linux Products of the Year.”

Congratulations to both the Red Hat CloudForms and OpenShift teams on their continued industry momentum!
