According to 451 Research and the OpenStack Foundation, 72% of OpenStack deployments are now between 1,000 and 10,000 cores in size, and happening in companies with under 10,000 employees.

Forrester Consulting recently embarked on a Red Hat-commissioned study of the total economic impacts (TEI) of Red Hat Virtualization. The TEI study was based on an interview with a large European transportation manufacturer that has used Red Hat Virtualization over a period of six months. Among other powerful numbers included in the article, this customer realized a 103 percent return on investment (ROI) and a payback period of 5.6 months.
