Open Transformation Project of the Year

Leaders are increasingly challenged to move their enterprises through a digital business transformation. More than ever, digital technologies are at the forefront of enabling business. They've helped to set up secure remote working, scaled digital channels to meet online customer demand and ensured supply chains and operations are kept afloat. But accelerating tech investment is not enough. Investment has grown massively over the past five years, but organisations are still struggling to generate substantial revenue from it. To solve this, the C-suite needs to understand the crucial role of technology, and set a joint business and technology strategy that encompasses the company’s business, execution, and organisation models. We're looking for projects where such business and technology strategies have been intertwined, where the digital architecture enables integration and collaboration between departments and initiatives, allowing quicker time to impact and higher customer satisfaction.

Cloud Native Adoption of the Year

By 2024, 70% of net new apps deployed in production will be cloud-native. As software development and delivery become the innovation engine for every organisation in the market, cloud-native capabilities emerge as critical in building software delivery capability. Driven by competitive forces and shifting customer patterns, organisations are racing to operationalise cloud-native app delivery frameworks at scale to sharpen their software delivery position. By 2022, over 60% of organisations in Europe will run cloud-native app delivery programs in an integrated fashion across parts of their business. We're looking for projects where cloud-native app delivery has enabled the shift to highly iterative product development and innovation models, and where an organisation can ship or adjust digital functionality quickly. Can you demonstrate how cloud-native has lowered the cost of experimentation and enabled a decentralised innovation model in which teams iterate and contribute value at their own pace?

Automation Project of the Year

Never has speed, flexibility, and agility across IT environments been more important. Organisations have had to become more efficient in how they deliver software, as well as the underlying infrastructure, upgrades, support, and maintenance. They gain efficiencies with automation and agile approaches. Fast and automated product deployments combined with autonomous infrastructure and self-healing operations creates an environment that scales fast, delights both customers and employees and differentiates the business. We're looking for projects that demomstrate how a unified automation strategy underpins cross-team collaboration models, ensuring automation consistency, better control, and a culture of reuse. Leading to faster delivery and time to market as well as reduced costs. Are you driving a culture of discipline and a policy-driven approach to security, governance, and compliance? Enabling yor organisation to take advantage of leading-edge innovation at speed and scale.

Technology Leader of the Year

Nothing is more important for successfully driving digital transformation in an organisation than leadership. Are you, or do you know someone, who is successfully putting technology at the heart of the business strategy? Providing inspirational leadership to a successful and innovative team? Empowering people to achieve great business results, all whilst being a thought leader in leadership and organisational transformation?
