Alon Radzi has been with Amdcos for 20 years, currently leading strategic partnership opportunities as part of Amdocs’ Strategic Alliances team. Prior to that he fulfilled many different development, architecture and sales roles both in Israel and at customer sites in the US and Singapore. When not busy with work, Alon enjoys practicing his carpentry skills, runs and bakes bread.

Rob McMahon

Rob McMahon

Director, Partner Sales, Red Hat–EMEA

In his current role in Red Hat, Rob is the director for partnerships with ISVs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, leading a team spread across the region. He has in-depth experience at Red Hat and previously with Hewlett Packard in cloud sales and automation, in various roles of increasing responsibility from local to the regional EMEA level. Previously, he worked with Cap Geminini, Bupa, and the Royal Navy. He is currently based in England.

Mika Juotasniemi

Mika Juotasniemi

Director, Telco ecosystem, Red Hat–EMEA

In his current role in Red Hat as Director of Telco Ecosystem EMEA, Mika covers the telecommunications ecosystem sales, business development, strategy, and go-to-market with ecosystem partners in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. He has extensive global experience in the telecommunications sector, having worked in Finland, the Netherlands, Italy, and the U.S. This includes work with many of the largest global telecommunications and IT vendors, in multiple roles ranging from research and development engineering to senior level technology, services management roles, sales and business management, senior positions, and global company service business portfolio management. In these international roles, Mika has worked closely with variety of communication service providers among world’s largest, to some of the regional players across four continents. He is based in Southern Finland.

Aadil Rauf

ISV Telecommunications Business Director, Red Hat–EMEA

In his current role in Red Hat, Aadil covers the partnership and go-to-market initiatives for telecommunications ISVs for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. He has extensive global experience in the telecommunications sector, having worked in the U.K., India, Singapore, and U.S. This includes work in many of the largest global telecommunications vendors, in multiple roles ranging from system engineering to regional product marketing and sales, in various senior positions including as CEO of regional units. In these international roles, Aadil has worked closely with variety of service providers from the world’s largest, to some of the regional players across four continents. He is currently based in Southern England.

Timo Jokiaho

Timo Jokiaho

Chief Technologist, Global Telecommunications Ecosystem, Red Hat

As chief technologist for Red Hat’s global telecommunications ecosystem, Timo works with network equipment providers, system integrators, independent software vendors, and communications service providers to expand network function virtualization and telecommunications cloud initiatives. His work encompasses enhancements to networking performance, real time characteristics, availability, and strategic use cases like virtualized radio access networks.

Before joining Red Hat, Timo led software planning function for Huawei Technologies, focusing on base platform domain (operating systems, virtualization, and telco cloud availability and performance) and terminal software platforms (e.g., Android). Prior to that, Timo led Samsung device software research and development in Finland and multiple aspects of business and network element platform development at Nokia Siemens and Nokia Networks. Outside of the telecommunications industry, Timo develops equipment and software for the security and maritime navigation industries.

Gary Mackenzie

Senior Solution Architect, Telecommunications Technology, Red Hat

In his current role in Red Hat, Gary is a Senior Solution Architect in the Telecommunications Technology Office for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Prior to this, he was head of telecommunications and service provider architecture at Canonical, where he was the global technical lead for telecommunications and service provider engagement and products. His earlier roles covered system engineering as well as architect in a number of IT companies. He is based in the U.K.
