Van Leeuwen, who is based in Singapore, has a deep understanding of the enterprise software market and channels in both APAC and Europe. Since joining Red Hat in 2004, he has helped establish operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg (Benelux), Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and central and eastern Europe. Under his leadership since 2009, Red Hat APAC revenue in particular has increased more than fivefold. Jeong Han Kim is the chief information officer of Lotte
Card, a major credit card company in South Korea.
Since becoming CIO in 2014, Kim has led Lotte Card through the most notable digital transformation in its history based on his expertise of both credit card business and IT infrastructure.
