A UK Public Sector Event

The Government Transformation Strategy launched on the 9th February 2017 sets out the next phase of continuing to deliver world-class digital services and transform the way government operates, from front-end to back-office, making better use of data to build joined-up services, building shared platforms and establishing open standards.

This educational session will bring together providers, partners and public sector organisations to discuss and demonstrate how you can roadmap from where you are today to digital transformation by 2020. We will provide case studies of public sector organisations who have built open source solutions enabling the integration of systems and data, providing a single pane of glass view, and building the foundation for cross-government platforms and cross-government services, such as integrated clinical care and social care integration. We will also discuss how this requirement for unlocking data and moving away from legacy contracts towards common technology is driving the move towards cloud solutions built using open source - reducing costs, increasing agility and innovation, and providing a secure, scalable environment.
