Before joining Red Hat, Hanen worked at Ericsson as innovation specialist, designing cutting-edge solutions for mobile networks. Hanen holds an M.Eng. in Innovation Management from the ÉTS in Canada and an M.Eng. in Telecommunications from Polytech Nancy in France.
