IS YOUR STARTUP ELIGIBLE FOR RED HAT INNOVATE?
You can apply to become a member if your startup:
- Has less than US $1.5 million in trailing 4-quarter revenue.
- Has less than US $10 million in investments.
- Is less than 5 years old.
- Has a general commitment to open source. (contribution, business model, or both).
- Is focused on the enterprise IT market.
Then you must qualify for one of the following cohorts focused on a technology ecosystem:
Big Data Cohort
For startups that are building public or private cloud-based infrastructure services or applications focused on the big data market segment. To qualify, you should:
- Adequately meet the general qualifications.
- Offer public and private cloud capabilities or plans.
- Be focused on large-scale implementations or development projects in big data.
Software Development Toolchain Cohort
For startups that are building exciting new tools, platforms, and applications that speed up development cycles, testing, and productivity of software teams. To qualify, you should:
- Adequately meet the general qualifications.
- Be focused on polyglot support in emerging or rapidly evolving languages (such as Ruby, Python, and PHP).
- Promote lean and agile development.
