This configuration is the default if you enter during any RedHat
installation a hostname. I observed that in RH6.2, RH7.1, RH7.3,
RHEL3 and RHEL4.  I always had to remove it later, but then the
graphical tools leave it as it should be.
But lately it looks, as if some graphical tools add this hostname too.
A colegue is swearing that he did not enter the name during
installation, but only defines hostname and DNS hostanme in
'redhat-config-printer' and the suspicious line had ben there.
All out systems get their IP address with DHCP, therefore not line
like 'x.x.x.x myhost myhost.mydomain.com' are present,
all name resolution depends on the DNS names, and with the incorrect
localhost line, many programes do not work
