Session types

We offer a variety of session types to engage different audiences and accommodate learning preferences. Whether you’re looking for a casual chat, a quick tech overview, or a hands-on experience for your audience—there’s a format that fits. Discover more specifics when the session catalog is published in late February.

Breakouts

45 minute presentations with slides or other visual aids, up to 3 presenters, and time for Q&A.

Panels

45 minute, interview-style conversations with a moderator and up to 3 panelists.

Roundtable discussions

45 minute group discussions with audience participation and 1-2 facilitators. Questions prepared in advance or solicited from the audience.

Lightning talks

Shortened versions of breakout sessions with a single presenter, held in the expo hall.

Labs

90 minute hands-on technical sessions.
