You can return to your registration record by logging in to the Red Hat Summit site using your username and password. Once you are logged in, you can complete your unfinished registration or review and update your details.
After logging in to the Red Hat Summit site as part of the registration process, be sure to enter your code in the designated space on the Contact page to receive your discounted rate.
The earlier you register, the more you save. Full conference passes start at $1,250, but the price will increase as the event gets closer. Contact your Red hat sales rep to see if you qualify for additional discounts.
A full conference pass provides access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, and hands-on labs. You'll be able to access the Ecosystem Expo during all open hours and attend all evening events and receptions. A full conference pass also includes all conference meals and many ancillary events.
Discounted rates are available for Red Hat Certified Professionals, previous attendees of Red Hat Summit, and government, academic, and nonprofit employees. Undergraduate and graduate students can also receive a discounted rate with proper credentials. We’ll give you a code or certification number, or we can validate the discount through email during registration. Check out our rates and locations for a complete list of available discounts.
A keynote + Expo pass provides access to all general sessions and the Ecosystem Expo only. A full conference pass is required to attend breakout sessions and labs.
No, but you may purchase Power Training for $1,200 or certification exams for $400 in addition to the full conference pass.
Yes, but you will need to purchase a guest pass during the registration process. The guest pass grants access only to the onsite welcome reception from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, and the offsite Red Hat Summit party event held the evening of Wednesday, April 29, at 7:00 p.m.
You can pay your registration fees with a credit card or you can buy passes using a purchase order through your Red Hat sales contact.
No, the registration fee covers only the cost of your conference pass. You can book your hotel during the Red Hat Summit registration process to take advantage of our negotiated group rates. You must make your own transportation arrangements. To find more information on shuttles between the hotels and the BCEC, please see the hotel FAQ section below.
Yes, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send us an email for help transferring your Red Hat Summit registration.

We've partnered with hotels near the Moscone Center to reserve blocks of rooms for Red Hat Summit attendees at discounted rates. On the hotel booking page of your Red Hat Summit registration, there is an option to select from these participating hotels, including various group rates and dates. If these reserved rooms and the Red Hat Summit discounts are no longer available, please contact the hotels directly to inquire about vacancies and nightly rates.
If you’re unable to secure a room at a partnering hotel during the Red Hat Summit registration process, that means it is currently sold out of rooms at our group rate. You can either select a different partnering hotel from the available options, or send us an email to inquire about the group rate availabilities.
A credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee your hotel room reservation, but will not be automatically applied when you check in. When checking in, please present a credit card and photo ID to the hotel receptionist.
Each hotel has different policies on placing holds on credit cards. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about their credit card policies. If someone else needs to supply a credit card ahead of time, please contact the hotel directly for an authorization form that you can fill out and present to the hotel by fax or during check-in.

Yes, you may call the hotel directly and ask for the Red Hat Summit rate. However, it is at the hotel’s discretion to honor the group rate by phone, so we suggest booking through the Red Hat Summit registration portal.
Payment is due 30 days after the date of your invoice. Booth selection is based on contract sign date.

We will release the floor plan and begin accepting booth requests in February. A signed contract is required to secure your position in the booth selection queue.
For customer data protection purposes, we do not publish attendee lists during Red Hat Summit. We will provide sponsors an attendee list that includes only company names one week prior to the event.
The Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) is an online exhibitor portal that provides 24-hour access to sponsorship information. This resource houses key dates and deadlines, sponsorship deliverable summaries, exhibit service order forms, sponsor registration details, and more. The ERC will launch in December, and you will receive access to the ERC after Red Hat receives your signed sponsorship contract. Prior to the launch of the ERC, the sponsor fact sheet will be shared after contracts are received.
