Red Hat Partner Subscriptions Support includes 5 contacts per subscription and either standard business hours support or premium 24/7 support options. Just designate the 5 contacts and we'll support all Red Hat products included in the Red Hat Partner Subscriptions (RHPS). The support is specific to the RHPS use cases.
