Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 integrates virtualization technology based on Xen which providesmany new opportunities to deploy Red Hat Enterprise Linux based solutions in the datacenter. However as with any new technology virtualization in RHEL may require some new tools and troubleshooting processes. This session will cover how virtualization has been implemented in RHEL5 and which components have either been added or modified by this new technology. We will cover how to identify problems in an environment using virtualization and cover the tools available to troubleshoot problems. Also best practices will be discussed as well as common problems and resolutions.
