Cedric Dupont is a support technician for his company in France. The workstations support Red Hat® Enterprise Linux®, and as a support technician, Dupont helps customers understand and use Red Hat solutions on their computers. "Being certified by Red Hat, the most diffused distribution in the professional environment, is great for support," said Cedric. "The certification is a great reassurance for engineers when I give feedback about Linux on any case or problem presented."

The reputation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux is another reason Dupont decided to get involved in the Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE®) program. "Having the RHCE certification has been a great career move for me in terms of helping to further my expertise as a support technician for Red Hat Enterprise Linux," said Dupont. "With this certification, I'm able to better assist in problems and questions presented by customers. For example, I'm better able to help them with configuration manipulation. I feel that because of completing the RHCE courses, I'm able to do an overall better job in my workplace."
