Damian Mantelli
"I now have access to more challenging and competitive markets, and that makes all the difference."
Production integration engineer
Damián Mantelli, a project integration engineer in Argentina, knew that becoming a Red Hat® Certified Engineer (RHCE®) would benefit him in the growing technological world. As a project integration engineer, Mantelli is actively involved in all stages of the project life including pre-sale, performance of the required hardware and software architecture analysis, and implementation of the finished project. "Becoming an RHCE wasn't just to help me advance in my career, it was a need to consolidate my knowledge of Linux®, and especially Red Hat solutions," said Mantelli. "The employment market is increasingly tough and I knew that becoming an RHCE would bring me up-to-date on the latest technologies and reliable solutions."
Becoming an RHCE has given Mantelli the capability to display his knowledge on many different technical examinations. He has also become a referent of Red Hat technologies at his current company. Having Red Hat Enterprise Linux as an integral part of many projects within his company, Mantelli has been given the chance to prove the benefits of the open source operating system. "I encourage the use of Red Hat solutions in other projects too, on account of its reliability, stability, and technical staff responsiveness," said Mantelli. "I am grateful to Red Hat because, thanks to its certification, I now have access to more challenging and competitive markets, and that makes all the difference."
